Terms and conditions for use of the website
The content on this site is for informational purposes only and is not legal advice. You may not reproduce, copy or use it for commercial purposes without written consent.
Services and quotes
All services are subject to availability and a signed agreement. Every engagement is quoted in writing after a scoping call, priced from the inventory of websites, page templates, portals and documents in scope, as described on the pricing page. The written quote and the signed agreement govern the engagement.
What the service is, and is not
ADA Site Monitor provides website accessibility testing and monitoring against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, with human-verified findings and a dated found-and-verified record. The service is not a certification of ADA compliance, is not a guarantee against complaints or legal action, and is not legal advice. We document that a fix happened by verifying it on a later scan; we do not perform fixes, and we sell no hosting, design or content services to the entities we monitor.
Free Website SnapShot
The SnapShot is a free, automated partial audit of a single public page, provided for information only. It tests a subset of checkpoints, and a clean result is not a statement that a website conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA or complies with the ADA.
Limitation of liability
ADA Site Monitor is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. For engaged services, liability terms are stated in the signed agreement.
We reserve the right to update these conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
